Does this mean we only know the last names of all the wealthy families in the show?
It’s more like only the wealthy families HAVE last names. In countries like Japan and China back in the day the common people didn’t have last names only those with power I believe those with a trade as well.

Just saw your post about Haman Kahn in 0083. It wasn't just cool when Haman showed up. We almost shit ourselves. And then (as it got to episodes 9 and 10) you started to see Jamitov Hyman and Bosque Om-in Federation uniforms-and you realized 'Holy shit! We are witnessing the birth of the Titans!' Because there was no preamble to that. We just thought we were getting a new Gundam series-and instead it filled in the history between two of the greatest anime series of all time.
I have to say I agree, and people wonder why I consider Stardust Memory one of my favorite anime of all time.
I don't want to sound over critical but I believe you should work a bit more on your character, try to draw as much DB as possible so you get the style right. Peace
Not over critical at all. Thanks. I am trying to be less Dragon Ball-ish though not more. So I don’t know how drawing even more Dragon Ball would help.
